REFUND + SHIPPING POLICY

Processing + Turnaround Time 

The time I need to prepare an order depends on a few factors, so be sure to check the item’s description and in-cart estimates. Some in stock items are able to be fulfilled within 1-3 days, while other items like custom apparel take longer. We try to update these times frequently to be as accurate as possible. The shop's current turnaround time is 2 week for any custom/non-stocked orders.

  • Apparel is made to order. Turn around depends on the item requested, stock availability, and how long blanks take to get to me. I do not hold any stock for clothing blanks.

  • Custom items (shop by fabric, party shirts, etc.) have their own specific processing timelines which will be clearly discussed before purchase.

 
If you need your order by a specific date please let me know ahead of purchase.

Pick Up + Shipping Options

Pick up is available for those in the Spangdahlem local area. Simply select local pick up at check out (where available) and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Collection can be selected at check out, but please wait for a notification before coming to pick it up. 

DOMESTIC

We ship all orders via DPD/DHL. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are typically shipped via DHL or Fedex, but we may use alternative options to keep costs reasonable. Economy flat rates for US buyers may be available. All shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Returns + Exchanges

Here at Stay Lucky we hope you are head over heels for your purchase.
But we understand that things happen and products can arrive damaged or might not fit the way you would like. Because everything is handmade, there is of course some potential for human error.

If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Simply email us and include your order number, as well as any photos. Please do not send your products back without contacting us first.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges on any of our custom, personalized products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Made-to-order Apparel: Since the products have been customized and printed specifically for you, we cannot exchange non-faulty goods. Before ordering, please double-check all measurements, size charts, colors, etc. Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

  • Items made as part of a Group Orders

  • Personalized Items (ie. monogram jewelry, embroidered scrunchies, party shirts)

  • Custom Items (Semi + Custom shirts, Party Shirts, Costuming, etc.)

  • Earrings or Hair Accessories taken from their protective packaging can not be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons.

 
For sizing issues, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to exchange the product. We encourage you to use our sizing charts for reference when ordering and reach out if you are unsure. Accepted items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Shoppers are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of non-faulty items.
 
Please notify us as soon as possible at info@shopstaylucky.com so we can resolve the issue.

All damaged and incorrect order cases must be started within two weeks of package arrival.
